12 Month Warranty If you find any fault in the original craftsmanship, contact us immediately at info@mogga.shop. Repairs by third-party jewelers are not covered under warranty unless pre-approved by us.

Returns In-stock items may be returned within 3 days of receipt in original unworn condition with original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Custom Orders Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. Craftsmanship is guaranteed for one year from creation date.

Exchanges Exchange requests accepted within 14 business days from receipt, in original packaging and unused condition.
