Refund policy

12 Month Warranty 

If you find any fault or damages in the original craftsmanship of your order, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue. If you feel the jewelry needs to be repaired within that first year of warranty, please contact me for shipping instructions to send the piece back to us for repair.

If you choose to have the piece repaired by your local jeweler, the cost of that repair will not be covered under warranty unless first approved by us.

If for any reason you experience an issue with your jewelry, please contact me.

I want you to enjoy your fine jewelry purchase for the rest of your lives.

Refunds 

In-Stock and Ready to Ship

In-stock items can be returned within 3 days of receipt in their original unworn, unscratched, pristine condition with no exchanged or missing stones and must include the original MOGGA Jewels packaging.
If you decide to return your in-stock purchase, please contact me first so I can give you the correct details for shipping.
I will inspect the item once it arrives and deem it worthy or unworthy of refund.
Buyer must pay return shipping, insure the parcel and provide tracking.
I use secure & insured Shipping on DHL Express for items lost or damaged in transit until item is delivered to you (or someone on your behalf) safely.
Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@mogga.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Custom Made Orders

Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you find any fault in the craftsmanship of your order, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue. Every piece is carefully created and the setting is guaranteed for one year from the date of creation.
Gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against chips and wear and tear.
Please purchase a private insurance policy from a company like Jeweler's Mutual to protect your piece against chipping, loss of stones, damage, theft, etc.

If we find that work has been done to the piece by a third party after purchase, this one year guarantee is void.

Exchanges 

Exchange request of an item and receiving a credit for the site is possible for up to 14 business days from the date of package receipt, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging and that no use or defect has been made in it.

Returns or exchanges will be reduced of shipping cost, customs costs, handling fees and other fees.

It is not possible to exchange / get credit or cancel in any case where changes have been made to the jewelry (size, color and type of gold) or any custom order, if you want to return or exchange such an item please contact us.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
